The DigiTrust Group is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative in its Los Angeles office to build its sales capability and to support growth. The Insides Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting new clients and setting appointments for the DigiTrust Sales team. This includes prospecting, leveraging the channel resources and supporting the outside sales representatives. Client interaction will comprise the majority of the work day in the form of telephone, e-mail and fax communications in an effort to qualify and market our information security solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, superior communication skills, the ability to articulate an intangible offering, superior customer service skills, the desire to work in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to track sales activity.
•Prospecting: Generate leads and set appointments
•Sales Execution: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics such as setting appointments, lead conversions and identifying new prospects
•Sales Planning: Conduct market research on clients, identify target customers, generate leads for potential sales and networking opportunities, develop delivery plans and manage pipeline
•Business Planning: Maintain an eye on the industry and stay informed to enhance sales capability
•Communication and Database Maintenance: Maintain detailed client and networking database and keep peer and superior positions informed of challenges, successes, and failures
•Sales Delivery: Prospect clients
•Experience: Must have at least 2 years experience in inside sales and possess solid track record in meeting goals
•High Level Communication: Must be experienced and comfortable talking to CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, CISOs
•General Technology Knowledge: Must possess an understanding of software development cycle, IT trends, technologies and architectures
•Communications Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Interpersonal Skills: Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, management and internal and external business partners, prospects and clients
•Key qualities: high energy, self-motivated, aggressive, strong entrepreneurial spirit, consummate team player, strong business acumen, ability to manage ambiguity and unstructured environments
•Education: Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
