Nuke-PHP is a PHP-based Content Management System (CMS) that facilitates the creation and administration of large websites, especially for web-based news publishing.

Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerabilities:
1. Input passed to the "query" parameter in the "Search" module is not properly sanitized before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in the context of an affected web site.
2. Input passed to the "query" parameter in the "Download" module is not properly sanitized before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in the context of an affected web site.
