09.14.07 - DigiTrust Announces Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Security Training
Los Angeles, CA - September 14, 2007 - The DigiTrust Group, a leading provider of information security consulting services to small and middle-market firms, announced its latest IT security training offering: Hardening Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
This security training offering was created for the hands-on system administrators who are responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Microsoft’s flagship database management system, in a corporate environment.
“We consistently noticed during our consulting engagements that in-depth Microsoft SQL 2005 secure configuration settings were simply not in use,” said Jason Lidow, Principal of The DigiTrust Group. “It was natural for us to create this training offering to encourage best practice adoption.”
The course will be initially provided privately, on site, to interested organizations, with off-site classes planned for release in Q4 2007.
