09.09.08 - The DigiTrust Group, LLC appoints Marc Maiffret as Director of Professional Services.Los Angeles, CA, September 9, 2008 - The DigiTrust Group, LLC, Los Angeles’ premier provider of information security services, appointed Marc Maiffret as Director of Professional Services. Maiffret, a world renowned security expert and entrepreneur, will lead DigiTrust’s efforts to provide network security consulting and managed security services. Maiffret will also help expand the firm’s internal research and development efforts. In addition to his research and development responsibilities, Maiffret will help with the firm’s continued growth by utilizing his vast sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining DigiTrust, Maiffret was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of eEye Digital Security. This includes personally co-discovering the first Microsoft computer worm, CodeRed. Maiffret has been invited to speak at the industry’s most prestigious security conferences, in addition to accepting three separate invitations to testify before the United States Congress on matters of national security.
