Los Angeles, CA - January 2, 2008 - The DigiTrust Group, a leading provider of information security consulting services to small and middle-market firms, today announced the release of its Vulnerability Report for the month of December.

Monthly Vulnerability Reports provide DigiTrust Group clients and partners with an accurate and timely view into software security flaws that were announced during the course of the current month. The report contains vulnerability descriptions, prioritized ranking and detailed remediation advice for each identified flaw.

This month’s report contains several high profile vulnerabilities, including software from vendors such as Microsoft, HP, Apple, Sun Microsystems, Cisco, Novell, IBM, Skype, Symantec, and Citrix. Many of the announced vulnerabilities were rated above moderate, providing remote attackers the ability to take over the equipment running the vulnerable applications.
